Giving back is an important part of Roydan’s company culture, and we look for ways to make our communities and the world a better place. Somehow when a child comes to you with an idea for giving back, it holds an even deeper meaning, and when we heard about a little girl’s wish to help other kids, we knew we had to get involved.

Investing in the next generation is important to us here at Roydan. This summer we were fortunate to welcome two outstanding interns to our team who assisted in our accounting and development departments.

Our goal at Roydan is to provide a customer-centric experience. Having team members with a firm understanding of collection agency operations only serves to deepen our team’s ability to create products that will offer our customers continued success. With that in mind, we are excited to add Jace Clemons to our Roydan Support Team.

In the words of Superman, “a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” Knowing what makes our customers tick and helping them overcome the obstacles they face is of the utmost importance to the Roydan team. We believe that it’s our responsibility to understand their needs and what they require to be successful. We consider that our “superpower!”

Manitowoc, Wisconsin is a great place to run a business. Not only is this quaint community the home of Roydan’s corporate headquarters, it is also an area in which many of our team members call home. We believe it is important to be valuable and helpful members of our community, seeking out opportunities to give back to those in need. This past winter, we had the chance to do just that through two different community-focused donation drives.

excerpt: For the past several years, the ad slogan for the city of Las Vegas has been “What Happens Here, Stays Here.” However, when it comes to all the great information the Roydan team learns and the connections that are made at the ACA Spring Forum, held in Las Vegas, this slogan just does not hold water.

At Roydan, we are constantly evolving to meet our customer’s needs. We work tirelessly to ensure they not only receive the best debt collection software, but also the very best service and support. With that in mind, we are excited to announce the promotion of Megan Manis from Vice President of Sales & Marketing to Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

At Roydan we are always excited to bring on new team members. We believe that different perspectives allow us to create the very best solutions for our valued customers. When we met the newest member of our Software Development team, we knew that he would fit in perfectly.

What began as a personal fitness quest for Roydan’s Kyle MacDonald ended up as a way to help those who cannot run on their own. Early in 2018, Kyle set a goal to not only get in shape, but also to run the Brewers half marathon, which took place on September 22.

Creating the best possible debt collection software solutions for our valued customers requires a talented group of team members. The staff at Roydan is more than just a bunch of individuals developing and implementing software solutions. We are a family!
