The start of 2015 saw exciting changes that directly affected the future Roydan as we announced a new leadership structure as part of our long range strategic plan. Under this new structure Megan Manis and Jason Gillman acquired voting shares in Roydan and were named part of a leadership triad, which also includes the current President, Dan Hornung. We see this new approach as a reminder that our organization is not about one person, but rather a team approach to meet the needs of our valued customers.
The year was also a time for us to reflect on some of the important vendor partnerships we enjoy here at Roydan. These include (but are not limited to) JIVE, ISCorp, Eterna, NobelBiz and Provana. Each of these valued partnerships allows us to offer our customers cutting edge debt collection solutions including for compliance, VoIP, training, dialing capabilities and data hosting service. We look forward to introducing you to even more of these valuable partnerships in 2016.
Roydan also enjoyed a very active events schedule, including our always anticipated User Meeting in April. It was nice to connect with our customers and tell them additional ways “We’ve Got You Covered.” The two-day event featured several informational sessions as well as a highly entertaining casino night.
May was also a busy month as our team members also took part in both the MACA annual conference and the Three States Show. We were also able to attend two ACA Events including the Annual Convention and Expo in July, located in Boston, and the November ACA Fall Forum in Chicago.
2015 was also a year of giving back. We were thrilled to have Chelsea Rank join our team this summer as a job shadow. She was an integral part of organizing our Team-Building Golf Extravaganza and she was also able to add input to several of our PR and Marketing efforts throughout the summer months. Roydan’s President, Dan Hornung also took some time to give back this summer during the National Public Power Day of Giving.
One of the biggest highlights every year here at Roydan is the time we are able to spend working with and for our valued customers. This year we were able to feature two customers, Americollect and Forest Recovery Services, in our blogging efforts. Be on the lookout for more customer spotlights in the days ahead…and perhaps even a few videos!
As you can see, 2015 was a busy year around Roydan. It was one of transition, reconnecting, reaching out, collaborating and most importantly learning. With that in mind, we want to take a minute to thank each of our valued customers, vendors and other partners who have helped make it such a special year for us. We look forward to working with each of you in 2016 as we continue to develop even more ways to say, at Roydan “We’ve Got You Covered.”
