We were thrilled to welcome many of our customers to our annual Open House event November 6-7, 2023.
While this event has traditionally been an annual event, the company chose to forego the event in recent years due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It made the return of the event particularly special this year, since the last one was held in 2019.
The event kicked off Monday evening with a happy hour social at a local microbrewery. Then on Tuesday, customers gathered at Bloodhound headquarters to meet the Bloodhound team and learn more about the new software offerings available.
Sessions were held to introduce customers to NexTask™, Bloodhound’s new omni-channel communication suite, as well as to explore other topics of interest such as multi-factor authentication and the Bloodhound API.
We enjoyed reuniting with old friends, welcoming customers we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting in person before now, and showcasing some of our latest developments. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
