Are you process-driven and detail-minded? Do you have experience in both software training and troubleshooting? The individual chosen to fill the role of Application Analyst will be responsible for the setup, configuration, training, and solution resolution for both new and existing Roydan software solutions. In addition to collaboration with other Roydan team members, this person will also help develop and maintain process, procedure, and training-related documentation for customers.
