At ROYDAN Enterprises, we believe it is important to treat our customers as we would treat family. This philosophy is part of everything we do, from planning new product offerings to training and customer support. This philosophy is also upheld at our annual User Meeting, which often feels more like a big family reunion than business. It is an important time for us to reconnect with our customers and find out what has been happening in their lives over the course of the year.
Our User Meeting is not only a great time for us to connect with customers on a social level, but it offers a face-to-face opportunity to hear first-hand how we can help customers be even more successful. Highlights from this year’s User Meeting event included a wide variety of classroom learning opportunities as well as a fun filled evening at the “Roydan Casino.” During this fun evening event, customers, vendor partners and team members were able to take a break and enjoy some time socializing and playing a wide variety of casino games. The evening was capped off with a raffle of several great prizes!
Another big highlight of User Meeting 2015 was the chance to look ahead as we unveiled some of the functionalities that are planned for a future release. Customers had the opportunity to learn more about upcoming plans that will help them enjoy even greater efficiency within their collection agencies.
We were also thrilled to have vendor partners Advanced Payment Systems (APS), Eterna (Learn.net), NobelBiz, RevSpring, EFT Network, Inc. and Jive attend this year’s event. Their involvement in the show allowed our customers learn more about each company’s integration with Roydan’s software programs.
