This year the ACA Convention and Expo takes place June 16-18 in Denver, Colorado and will include a full line-up of interesting educational opportunities, including an opening keynote address by Jim Donald, former CEO of Starbucks, Haggen Food & Pharmacy, and Extended Stay Hotels, where he is currently a senior advisor. The Best Practice Institute named Donald one of the “Top 25 CEOs in the World.” We are looking forward to hearing about his “experience as a leader focused on innovation, quality, service, strong relationships within the community, and risk-taking with the freedom to fail.”
