This month marks a milestone for Mike with the Roydan team as he celebrates two decades of employment. In the past 20 years, Mike has witnessed a lot of great changes here at Roydan. He has been on the front lines as we unveiled new and innovative debt collection solutions and he has seen our organization grow as we brought on talented new team members.
Mike’s official job title at Roydan is Tier 2 Support. In this role, he works behind the scenes to assist our Tier 1 Support Team in creating support solutions that will make our customers even more effective in their job. Mike provides high-end technical assistance and creates innovative resolutions to customer requests. He notes that best part of his job is customizing and designing these ancillary solutions using his creativity. “I enjoy being given the freedom to create something designed to meet a specific customer’s need.”

When he is not helping Roydan customers, there is no place Mike would rather be than out on the lake fishing. (His prized fish to date is a 25#, 45” Northern Pike!) While his favorite fishing spot is up in Sioux Lookout, Canada, he also enjoys pan fishing up in Hazelhurst, Wisconsin. Mike and his wife have two adult sons who are also an important part of his life.
