Jeff came to Roydan from AT&T where he was employed as a Customer Service Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. In his role as a Senior Support Specialist, he has a direct impact on the Roydan customer, assisting them with product implementations and helping them resolve any support questions they might have. Additionally, Jeff is Roydan’s specialist for our hosted phone service provider, JIVE.
“Jeff is an integral part of what makes Roydan such a great place to work and to work with,” notes Jason Gillman, Vice President of Technology Solutions. “His contributions in support give the customer the peace of mind they need to be effective in utilizing our software solutions. We are so fortunate that he has been a part of our team for the past decade!”
Jeff indicates that he loves the flexibility that he is offered from Roydan’s management. “This is a very family friendly place. They really value the importance of our time outside the office” he notes. He also has a keen eye on the future and is excited to see the plans that management has put in place over the next five years come to fruition. “There are a lot of exciting developments on the horizon with regard to product advances and internal growth plans. It’s an exciting time to be a part of Roydan.”
When he is not busy working with Roydan’s customers, he likes to spend time with his wife and two grown sons. Additionally, Jeff also provides the same level of customer service in his volunteer charity work for his church.
