The GLCCA represents the interests of the ACA (the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) affiliates from Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. It is the largest regional unit of credit and collection professionals in the United States. The goal of the GLCCA is to provide members a platform to unite credit and collection professionals and create a collegial environment for sharing information and best practices within the industry. The GLCCA membership includes third-party collection agencies, creditors, asset buyers, attorneys, and vendor partners.
Megan’s role in the GLCCA will be overseeing the marketing and public relations efforts for the association. “Being involved with industry associations such as GLCCA allows us to hear directly from the people we are working for. It’s important to know their needs and concerns not only on a customer level but also as it relates to the industry as a whole. This appointment will allow Roydan to have valuable conversations with GLCCA members, as well as valued vendor partners and other industry experts,” Megan notes.
If you want to know more about what’s going on within the GLCCA, like their Facebook page, connect with them on LinkedIn, or check out their website. “We are looking forward to connecting with our members through these online tools as we work to provide additional resources that will allow them to be even more successful within the credit and collection industry,” Megan concludes.
