Roydan Account Manager Greg Brey will be representing Roydan at the California Association of Collectors Annual Conference and Expo, October 9-10 in Rancho Mirage, California. “I’m looking forward to attending this show not only to meet with our valued customers, but also because it’s Roydan’s first time attending the event. It’ a great opportunity to learn more about the needs of our West Coast customers and meet with our vendor partners,” Brey notes.
In addition to networking, the event will provide a plethora of learning opportunities. “It’s a terrific way to look back on the accomplishments and hurdles the members of the CAC encountered in the past year, and also look ahead to what’s coming up within the collection industry and how it might impact our customers moving forward,” Brey adds. Some of the more notable sessions on the conference docket include, “The Political and Economic Factors Affecting the ARM Industry,” “Communicating with Consumers” and “Creating and Inspiring a Winning Team.”
The two-day event will be held at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. Greg is looking forward to returning from the conference with even more tools to help our customers be successful.
