Nick joins Roydan as a software developer after receiving an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Whatcom College in Bellingham, Washington. Nick sought out Computer Development because he was looking for a new challenge that would allow him to present customers long-term solutions to their technology needs. “I wanted to provide something that would help them be more productive in their work while offering a solution to an unsolved issue,” he notes.
Nick is looking forward to helping the Roydan customer in the same way. “Nick is a warm and genuine person who really wants to help the customer be successful. This will fit very nicely with Roydan’s customer-centric focus,” states Jason Gillman, Roydan’s Vice President of Technology Solutions.
As he starts his work with Roydan, Nick will be working on developing documentation for customers so that they are able to more easily access information about our debt collection solutions. “I am looking forward to learning more about the process and helping the customer be effective,” Nick indicates.
When he is not creating software solutions for Roydan’s valued customers, Nick enjoys helping his family with various home improvement projects. He also is an avid golfer, although he is not able to get out as much as he would like. Finally, he has an affinity for “pondering the big questions of life.” As he puts it, “Life is about recognizing our place on this planet and knowing what we are here to do. I believe part of this is showing empathy and support for others in their time of need.” With that mindset, we know that Nick will be a valuable part of the Roydan team. Help us welcome him aboard!
