As of December 31, 2014, Megan Manis and Jason Gillman have acquired voting shares in Roydan and were recently named as part of the leadership triad, which also includes the current President, Dan Hornung. In addition, Manis, who was formerly the organization’s Sales & Marketing Manager, will be named Vice President of Sales & Marketing, while Gillman, formerly Manager of Technology Solutions, will be Vice President of Technology Solutions.
According to Dan Hornung, this new structure “Is an exciting start of a planned long-term transition to this new management team.” The timeline for the complete transition is still in the developmental phase, and the new leadership team will be working with Hornung to determine the most logical conversion strategy. “I have the utmost confidence that Jason and Megan will continue to serve our customers with the same customer-centric focus on which our organization was founded while they work together with our team to take our organization to the next level,” Hornung states.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the future of Roydan Enterprises,” Manis said, when asked about the transition. “This strategic decision demonstrates our organizational commitment to bringing our customers the very best in debt collection solutions both now and well into the future,” she adds.
Gillman notes that “The leadership transition signals to our customers that our organization is not about one person, but that we value a team approach to solving their needs.” Gillman has been with Roydan since 2007, while Manis joined the team in 2012.
Finally, because the new leadership structure encompasses current team members, the transition will be virtually seamless for Roydan’s valued customers and partners. “While there may be some internal restructuring to accommodate Megan and Jason’s new responsibilities, our customers will receive the same exceptional products and services that our team always delivers,” Hornung concludes.
