At Roydan, we are always looking for ways to improve upon our current products so that we are able help our current and future customers become even more successful in their jobs. This year we have been able to add enhanced functionality to our current software offerings to make them even more flexible and help our customers be more efficient and profitable. Some of these tools have helped customers ensure that their staff was up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements, while others offered solutions to simplify the collection process and make accounts easier to manage. In the end, each of the enhancements was made because we truly listen to our customers’ needs and work tirelessly to develop solutions that will help them be more effective.
2014 also saw the introduction of a new marketing program – Beat the Odds. Through this campaign we are working to educate our customers on how our software solutions can help them “beat the odds” in their collection agencies. We unveiled our new marketing program as well as some of our program enhancements to customers and vendors alike at the Three States Show in May, ACA Annual Convention in July and the Wisconsin Collectors Association Fall Meeting in October. As always, these were also great opportunities to reconnect with our current customers and vendor partners and meet new faces.
Enhancing our technical abilities is another way the Roydan team works hard to offer our customers the very best. This year, we were able to increase our knowledge as a Microsoft Certified Partner (a process which we began in 2013). Microsoft certifications not only help us to more fully understand current Microsoft products, but they also provide information about upcoming developments. This “insider’s information” allows the Roydan team to plan future software versions that continue to work in tandem with the Microsoft platform. It also makes us a valuable resource for customers when new Microsoft products are released.
These are just a few of the highlights of a very bright year for our team here at Roydan. However, we would be remiss if we did not point out that our success is not just because of our own accomplishments, but rather the accomplishments of the many wonderful customers and vendor partners with whom we are so fortunate to work. To all of you, we would like to say thank you for being a part of our 2014 success story, and we look forward to continuing in this team focused good fortune as we look toward 2015!
