Roydan to Attend 2017 Great Lakes Credit & Collection Association Annual Meeting May 22-24

This is the first annual meeting of the GLCCA which recently formed from the merger of the Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota Collectors Associations. It brings together industry leaders and solution providers to discuss the latest debt collection advances. The event provides various networking opportunities as well as engaging breakout and keynote sessions, each of which are designed to provide insights into the trends that will impact collection agencies both on a regional and national scale. “We look forward to connecting with existing customers and vendor partners as well as learning more about challenges and opportunities within the collection industry. This insight allows us to continue developing solutions that meet current industry and customer needs,” notes Megan Manis, Roydan’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Great Lakes Credit & Collection Association annual meeting offers the opportunity to meet with other industry professionals and learn the latest trends, and technologies, but more importantly it gives our team the privilege of connecting, face-to-face with our customers to learn more about how we can help create additional tools that will allow them to operate at the highest levels of efficiency.  “In the end, the goal of every industry event we attend is to discover additional ways to bring our very best to the customer,” Manis concludes.
