The event takes place July 16-18, 2017 at the Washington State Convention Center. It will feature a full line-up of interesting and educational opportunities as well as enlightening speakers, including Jeff Skiles, the co-Pilot of US Airways flight 1549 of “Miracle on the Hudson” fame. Jeff’s opening keynote speech, Lessons Learned from the Miracle on the Hudson, is sure to provide motivation and inspiration. The event will also feature interactive educational opportunities, roundtable discussions and a host of great information for collections professionals.
