Roydan Welcomes Support Specialist Phil Zemple

Phil’s first stop out of high school was not the traditional path of most recent graduates. Instead of going directly into a higher education program, he chose to serve our country for seven years as a jet mechanic in the United States Air Force. After his service, he attended Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) and recently completed the Computer Software Support Specialist program.

While at NWTC, Phil had an internship through the school in their software support department. In this role, he helped the school’s faculty with their technology needs including installing software, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

“Phil’s experience both in the Air Force as well as his educational background will serve our customers well. He is highly dedicated and understands the importance of going above and beyond to make sure needs are met. We’re fortunate to have him on our team,” notes Megan Manis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Roydan.

For his part, Phil is looking forward to working with Roydan’s customers. “I’m excited to lend expertise in my role as the liaison between Roydan’s valued customer and the software development team. I know that my position as a Customer Support Specialist will help them to do their job more efficiently and in the end, be more profitable. I‘m glad to be a part of that process,” Zemple notes.

When he is not working at Roydan, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. He is also attending classes at NWTC in the Software Development program and hopes to be a part of creating innovative solutions for customers in the future. His other passion is football, either as part of his fantasy football league, or cheering on our Green Bay Packers.
