In addition, they lend a hand to other members of the Roydan support team by offering input on customer needs and prioritizing tasks. In addition, this individual will possess the following skills:

- Be a problem solver – creating processes, procedures and training materials for our valued customers.
- Be an idea maker – offering insight on product enhancements and systems the will help troubleshoot customer issues.
- Be one step ahead – taking advantage of learning opportunities to increase understanding of Roydan’s software solutions and industry happenings.
We are seeking an individual who has critical thinking skills and can work through diverse customer concerns. In addition, they should be an independent thinker who can perform their role with limited supervision.
