Ryan Manis, husband of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Megan Manis, recently came on board as our new Chief Operating Officer. Ryan brings a strong knowledge of developing and overseeing operational efficiencies. Most recently, he was Director of Branch Operations at UnitedOne Credit Union in Manitowoc.
In his role at Roydan, Ryan will oversee the customer side of operations. “In addition to finding new ways to be more efficient for our valued customers, I will be their voice, learning what they need from our software products now and down the road. In the end, it’s about meeting their needs and helping them do their job in the most efficient and cost-effective way,” Manis notes.
Ryan has always had a penchant for technology. “Working within the technology sector is exciting to me. I look forward to making sure that our customers are comfortable with the integration of our software within their business and that they have the specific tools they need to help their business thrive.”
In addition to offering support for our customers, Ryan also can provide insight into the collection side of the equation. “I understand what they go through on a daily basis because I also worked in collections for a time. I understand how important technology is in making their job easier and more productive.”
Working with the Roydan team is also something that Ryan is looking forward to. “Dan Hornung has such immense knowledge of the collection industry as well as the technology required to stay a step ahead of competitors. I look forward to working with him to learn from his vast experience. Roydan also has an extremely capable core group of professionals. Now, instead of being on the outside, I am part of this team. But most of all, I look forward to working with my wife, Megan. We offer our customers a consistency in both our mission and vision for their success now and in the future.”
Outside of his role at Roydan, Ryan’s number one commitment is to his family, including Megan and their children, Addison and Beau. “It’s so important that we spend quality time together. Being a part of the Roydan team will allow us to do just that.”
Ryan is involved in several community and philanthropic ventures, including serving as the Secretary for the Lakeshore Child Care Center Board of Directors as well as the President of the Board for Hope House in Manitowoc. He also lends his vast experience and love of the game of tennis (playing competitively from youth through college) to Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, where he is the Assistant Varsity Coach.
We hope you’ll help us welcome Ryan to the Roydan family!
