We Won’t Forget What Happens in Vegas

The conference, which took place March 13-15 at the M Resort, offered a variety of break-out sessions, enlightening speakers, and a networking expo. This year’s event was broken into four educational tracks based on the participant’s professional area. These tracks included Credit and Collection Compliance Officers, Collection Industry Professionals, Professional Collection Management, Credit and Collection Compliance Attorneys. In addition, there were plenty of opportunities to learn more about the latest product offerings in the industry.

As always, the Spring Forum is an excellent time to connect with our valued customers and vendor partners, but it also gives the Roydan team the opportunity to stay up-to-date to on the most recent compliance updates and regulatory changes as well as other industry challenges. “There are so many things that impact the credit and collection industry on a daily basis. The Spring Forum allows us to have a finger on the pulse of where we are now, as well as a better idea what obstacles and opportunities lie ahead. This information allows us to make informed decisions and develop solutions that allow our valued customers to be as effective as possible,” notes Megan Manis, Roydan’s Chief Customer Officer.

At Roydan, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to provide the very best to our customers. Because of this, we will continue to seek educational and networking opportunities like the ACA Spring Forum. And, unlike the Las Vegas slogan, we will bring the connections made and information learned back home to help us continue to develop the very best debt collection software solutions.
