If you’ve called our Customer Success team recently, you’ve probably already talked to our newest Customer Success team member, Alex Walters. Alex joined us back in January as a Software Support Specialist. As part of the Customer Success team, he works with customers to help them set up, use, and troubleshoot issues with our products.
Alex received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Purdue Global University. He also spent six years in the US Army Reserve, including one year of deployment. His previous experience is in the banking world, having most recently served as a Personal Banker at Associated Bank.
Although born in Madison, Wisconsin, Alex grew up here in Manitowoc. He currently lives in Hobart, where he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams including the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Arsenal, Milwaukee Brewers, and Marquette University basketball. He loves to golf, play Call of Duty, and hang out with his girlfriend, Amy.
