With that in mind, we are excited to welcome Debt Collection Partners to the Roydan family. DCP was formed in June of 2014. The founding partners of the organization bring nearly two decades of collection experience to the newly created new organization.
DCP, which primarily works with medical accounts, chose to partner with Roydan so they could utilize the Bloodhound, ClientConnect, ViewPoint, and Debtor Web Link debt collection solutions. “We especially like the automation processes available through Roydan’s software solutions. Having everything from checks, statements and emailed reports in an electronic format is a great benefit,” notes Karen Street, Operations Manager for DCP.
During the initial setup and training, Roydan helped DCP demo Bloodhound functionality and ViewPoint reports as well as ClientConnect and Debtor Web Link functionality for prospective clients. Through this collaborative effort, DCP was able to close their first new clients and list their first accounts live in Bloodhound just months after starting their relationship with Roydan. To date, DCP has signed 81 new clients, thanks in part to their collaboration with Roydan!
In the end, partnering with Roydan allowed DCP to fulfill all their agency needs in one place using the most cost-effective, integrated and efficient debt collection solutions for their agency.
