Jace joined the Roydan team this past March as a Software Support Technician. He brought with him a wide breadth experience because of his previous role as a Project Analyst at Americollect, Inc. In that position, he gained valuable skills in project management, coding, and report building.
For Jace, it is all about the challenge of creating an appropriate solution for the customer. “I enjoy solving puzzles. When an agency calls for support, you have to piece together the background of how they do business. You have to understand all the pieces that go into the picture of whatever the issue is and then you need to develop a solution,” Jace notes. “Working at Americollect gave me important industry experience. Everything from handling the flow of a phone call through multiple departments to how to properly manage accounts. I understand pretty much anything that an agency is going to deal with on a regular basis and what is important to them. Because of this, I am able to provide workable solutions to their concerns.”
In his first few months at Roydan, Jace has come to appreciate the culture of the Roydan team. “There’s a real authenticity among the employees. What I saw as an agency working with Roydan as a customer, and what I experience as an employee is very much the same. What you see is what you get,” he notes. “I believe this is important for customers to know. The Roydan team is honest and approachable and they will do whatever it takes to meet the customers’ expectations,” he adds.
When Jace is not helping Roydan’s customers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his amazing son and daughter.
