The event took place July 23-25 in Nashville, Tennessee at the Omni Nashville & Music City Center. It featured a full line-up of interesting and educational opportunities as well as enlightening speakers, including keynote Eric Saperston, an award-winning film maker, best-selling author and inspirational speaker. In his presentation titled “Building a Bridge Between the Ordinary, The Extraordinary and The Legendary,” Eric shared the insights he has learned from over 15 years of researching some of the most powerful people in the world. His studies helped him discern common traits, motivating factors and strategies that define those who achieve great things. The event also featured interactive educational opportunities, roundtable discussions and a host of great information for debt collection professionals.
During our time in Nashville, we also had a little fun with our marketing theme for the year, “Debt Collection Software That’s Music to Your Ears,” by handing out inflatable guitars to everyone who visited our booth. In addition, we provided our valued customers with information regarding the latest product updates and how they will help them be even more effective.
At Roydan, we have been honored to be a member of ACA International for more than 15 years and were thrilled to play a part in this year’s event.
