In order to provide the very best products and services for our customers, we believe that we must never pass up an opportunity to learn more. Industry events such as the Great Lakes Credit & Collection Association (GLCCA) Annual Meeting help to give us more clarity in understanding the needs of our customers as well as trends within the industry. This allows us to collaborate with other industry professionals and develop solutions for greater effectiveness and profitability for our customer.

At Roydan we believe that our success is only because of our amazing customers and hardworking team members. We know that each person on our staff plays an important part in helping to provide our customers the best possible software solutions and customer support experiences. With that in mind, we are thrilled to be adding two members to our team.

At Roydan, everything we do is for the benefit of our customers, whether this is developing enhancements to our software products or attending events to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. With this in mind, our team was thrilled to take part in the ACA Spring Forum and Expo, March 13-15 in Las Vegas.

Last year, the Roydan team started a Healthy Initiative as a way to encourage our team members to focus on health and wellness as a way of life. Each month, we were able to take part in a variety of different activities related to health, fitness and wellness. Our initiative was such a success that we decided to keep the momentum going with a new challenge. 

Any successful business will tell you that at least one of the keys to their achievements is staying ahead of the industry trends. In technology based businesses, this can be a full-time job. This is why, at Roydan, we believe taking part in conferences, podcasts and other learning opportunities plays a vital role in providing the very best software solutions for our customers. With this in mind, our very own Dan Hornung, President and CEO here at Roydan, recently returned from the Progress NEXT Conference, held February 8-11 in Orlando, Florida.

The start of a new year typically brings mixed feelings. It is a time to reflect on all that was accomplished in the past year, and a time to anticipate what is ahead for the coming days. At Roydan, 2016 was a year of great growth, reaching beyond ourselves, connecting and celebrating big accomplishments.

As we end 2016 here at Roydan, we are thrilled to say that this has been an amazing year of growth for our organization. We have been fortunate to add several new members to our team to help us continue to serve our valued customers both now and well into the future. The month of December has been no exception as we welcome Jim Cloudman to our software development team.

A few months back, we told you about our new company-wide challenge called the healthy initiative. Each month, our team members have been encouraged to take part in a specific activity related to health and wellness. During the month of November, we put a special twist on this wellness program, challenging our team members to give back to our local community by volunteering at our local food pantry.
