As a recent college graduate, Winston Weinert is thrilled to call Roydan his first employer. He began his role as a Junior Software Developer in late September, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

It has been a year of challenges for everyone, but has been particularly difficult for those who suffer with mental health issues. Chris Warren’s roadmap to joining Roydan as Software Developer began a bit differently than most others. As the sole I.T. professional for one of Roydan’s customers, he already had intricate knowledge of our Bloodhound software solution, as well as an established rapport with our development team members.

For over forty years, Roydan founder Dan Hornung’s goal has been to put the customer first, and Roydan’s customers have benefitted greatly from this customer-centric mindset. Recently, Dan took his role as customer advocate one step further, becoming a member of ACA International’s Political Action Committee.
Investing in the next generation is a key part of our Roydan culture. With that in mind, we are thrilled to welcome Max Schoepp to the Roydan family as a Youth Apprentice from Manitowoc’s Lincoln High School. Max, who is a senior at Lincoln, joined us late last year. As part of his apprenticeship, he will be at Roydan each afternoon through the end of the school year.
