Roydan University 2015 is now in the books! Every year when our User Meeting wraps up, we take some time to reflect on the meetings, classes and special events that took place. This year’s event drew individuals from around the Midwest as well as nearly two dozen organizations and individuals that joined us via podcast.

At ROYDAN Enterprises, our mission is to ensure that our valued customers have the tools they need to be successful in the debt collection industry. We believe that one of the most valuable tools we can provide our customers is on-going training and industry information.  With this in mind, we are looking forward to connecting at our Annual User Meeting April 20-21, 2015, at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Milwaukee.

At ROYDAN Enterprises, we believe that our products are only as strong as the team we have in place to develop them. We take great care in choosing the partners we work with who provide additional support and functionality to our debt collection software solutions. One of our valued partners is the team at Learn.net, which provides compliance testing tools through their Eterna software solution.

At ROYDAN Enterprises, Ltd. we are thrilled to announce that we will be introducing a new organizational structure as a part of our long range strategic plan.  Under this new plan, we will be adding two additional owners to the leadership structure.

The end of each year causes most of us to reflect on all of the events of the past year that have led us to the current position in which we find ourselves. We believe this is an excellent way to gauge our past performance and set goals for future endeavors. With that in mind, we want to take a minute to reflect on 2014 and thank each of our valued customers, vendors and other partners who have helped to make it such a special year for us.

At Roydan we are relentlessly striving to create software solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of the collection industry. With that in mind, we are constantly looking for ways to be more effective in creating our software solutions. We know that when our internal process is focused in the right direction, we are able to provide our customers with the best possible scenario for success.
