At Roydan we believe that continuing education is an important way our team can stay ahead of the curve in the debt collection industry. We understand that knowledge is an integral part of developing the best software solutions for our valued customers. We look at events like the ACA Fall Forum as opportunities to gain additional insight into the trends, advancements and current needs within the debt collection industry.

A concise mission and vision is an important part of an organization that has a centralized emphasis on customer success. At Roydan our number one focus has always been to do what makes our customers’ jobs easier.

We are so lucky to enjoy longevity with our valued customers here at Roydan. We believe this is a direct result of our customer centric focus. One of the things that drives this focus is a dedicated group of employees who are always looking for the best ways to help our customers be successful. Among those team members is Mike Charnon. Like many of our customers, Mike has been with Roydan for an extended period of time and is a big part of who we are and what we do!

At Roydan, we are building our next-generation reporting platform, ViewPoint. It must embrace the features of its predecessor and address shortcomings. It must migrate the best of Bloodhound reporting. It must integrate with our existing ClientConnect portal. It must build out of and extend the new architecture of Contact Tracker. This is no small task. We need to deliver a product that is an order of magnitude better than our current offering. Only by doing all this will we realize value for our users.

At ROYDAN Enterprises, we believe making an impact in the lives of others is not just about a pat on the back for a job well done, but rather it is going above and beyond to make a tangible difference. This means we are there not only when our valued customers need our services, but we look for opportunities to reach out to the community in which we are so fortunate to operate our business. With that in mind, we are proud to announce that we are once again a drop off site for the KAN Cool for School supply drive.

Members of our Roydan team recently returned from the ACA International Annual Convention and Expo, which was held this year at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The focus of this year’s conference included “looking to the future”, something we always have at the forefront of our minds here at Roydan. Whether it’s developing debt collection solutions with the future in mind, or building relationships with customers and industry partners that stand the test of time, we are always looking ahead at where we are going next.
