We are excited to have Toua Thao join our Development Team. Starting as a Development Department Trainee this past March, Toua began with a “ride along” with other Developers. This allowed him time to learn about Bloodhound’s UI/UX design, get involved with QA, and assist the Sales and Marketing Department with his graphic design skills.

If you’ve called our Customer Success team recently, you’ve probably already talked to our newest Customer Success team member, Alex Walters.  Alex joined us back in January as a Software Support Specialist.  As part of the Customer Success team, he works with customers to help them set up, use, and troubleshoot issues with our products.

Roydan is happy to welcome Will Kyle to our team of talented software developers. Will began working with the team in early October as Roydan’s User Experience and Interface Designer.

As a recent college graduate, Winston Weinert is thrilled to call Roydan his first employer. He began his role as a Junior Software Developer in late September, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

It goes without saying that 2020 has not been the year anyone expected. It has been a year of challenges for everyone, but has been particularly difficult for those who suffer with mental health issues. The Roydan team is proud to play a part in creating hope for individuals struggling with mental illness through our long-standing affiliation with the Manitowoc-based Painting Pathways Clubhouse.

Chris Warren’s roadmap to joining Roydan as Software Developer began a bit differently than most others. As the sole I.T. professional for one of Roydan’s customers, he already had intricate knowledge of our Bloodhound software solution, as well as an established rapport with our development team members.

Roydan is thrilled to welcome Holly Hoffman to our growing team! Her problem-solving mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes to address customer concerns make her a great addition to the Roydan family.
