A cancer diagnosis is a difficult blow no matter who it impacts. When that diagnosis is given to a child, it’s often devastating and requires the support of an army in the midst of the battle. Adam’s Army was formed to do just that for Roydan team member Greg Brey and his family in the wake of his son Adam’s cancer diagnosis this past February. What started as a simple hashtag to bolster the spirits of a little boy waging war on this horrible disease became a rallying cry across the US and around the world.

Every time we are able to connect with our customers and learn more about what is happening within the collection industry, we consider it a win. Being able to take part in a 100th Annual Conference and Expo makes it just a little more momentous.

When you ask Nick Henegar why he is excited to work with the Roydan team, he uses words like “family,” “integrity” and “honesty.” This is the culture we strive for every day, and we are thrilled that even in his first few days at Roydan, Nick already knew this defined the Roydan team.

Providing first rate support is a key part of the customer-centric focus here at Roydan. With that in mind, we are thrilled to be adding another great team member to Roydan’s customer support team as we welcome Phil Zemple to the team.

Family is a central part of who we are at Roydan. We believe it is important to treat both our customers and employees as members of our family. This focus also extends outside of the four walls in which we conduct business to the community we call home. With that in mind, we are honored to lend a hand to Hope House of Manitowoc County through a Roydan donation drive.

Doing our part to make sure our clients have the tools they need to be successful is woven into the fabric of who we are here at Roydan. This means attending industry events, keeping up-to-date on the latest industry developments, and getting involved in other relevant ventures. With this in mind we are pleased to announce that our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Megan Manis, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association (GLCCA).

At Roydan, we take great pride in the community in which we live–our hometown of Manitowoc, Wisconsin–and feel it’s our duty to reach out to our community and lend a hand when we see a need arise.

Mentoring the next generation of business professionals is important to the Roydan team. We know that the future of our organization will one day rest in the hands of these talented young students. We also understand that it is our job to help them gain the important skills needed to prepare them for their future careers.
