In order to demonstrate this commitment to our customers, Roydan recently underwent a SOC (System and Organizational Controls) examination.

At Roydan, we consider ourselves a team. Each team member plays an integral part in serving our valued customers’ needs. When we add to our “roster”, we look for individuals who comprise a special mix of team player and customer focus. We hit the jackpot for both our team and our customers when we added Support Specialist Angie Bednarski!

At Roydan, we are fortunate to have team members and customers that feel more like family than just a group of people with whom we work. With that said, we embrace a whole mix of emotions as we say farewell to Loan Nguyen, a Roydan family member since 2008.

Another successful ACA Convention and Expo is in the books! At Roydan, we are always thankful for the opportunity that the annual convention and expo provides to meet with our customers and learn more about their needs. This year was no exception!

What started as a Kellnersville Betterment Association volunteer gig for his kids’ baseball teams has turned into an annual patriotic event for Roydan’s Jeff Peterson. Peterson will be part of the volunteer team who will light up the skies in Kellnersville to celebrate our nation’s 242nd birthday this year.

At Roydan, we believe education and collaboration are two keys to our success as a debt collection software developer. When we have the opportunity to give back to our fellow developers, we seize the day! That is exactly what Roydan Software Developer James McCollum did this past March at the Northeast Wisconsin Developers Group’s (NEWDUG) annual Code Camp.

Roydan has been a part of the Manitowoc, Wisconsin community since 1980. We believe that giving back is an important part of being a good neighbor, and we encourage our team members to seek opportunities to use their skills and talents to make Manitowoc a better place to live and work. This past spring, two of our team members, Ryan Manis and Matt Menges, did just that for by coaching at area high schools. Ryan was the Assistant Varsity Tennis Coach and Head JV Tennis Coach for the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships, and Matt was the Varsity Girls Softball coach for the Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers.

Today’s debt collection industry is a myriad of ever-changing political policies and compliance directives. At Roydan, we believe that working together with government decision makers offers an important bridge in creating positive changes for both our industry as well as the economy. With that in mind, Dan Hornung, Roydan’s President and CEO, recently attended the 2018 ACA Washington Insights Conference.
